The hotel had a superb location in Montana with epic views, making it a place I would surely return to. The rooms, however, did not match the description as the hot tub on the balcony with a beautiful view or spa bath on the balcony was not provided. The dining experience was really disappointing and left much to be desired, lacking options for a satisfying meal.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The 'penthouse' style rooms were modern and clean, complete with a spa bath on the balcony which was a nice touch. The service was top-notch overall, offering a variety of amenities like room service, dry cleaning, and airport shuttle. The location was great, with epic views and easy access to the shopping area, Lake Lucerne, shops, and the train station in Switzerland. However, the dining experience was really disappointing and left much to be desired, as it did not provide a great wealth of options for me. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and will for sure return, but I found it a bit overpriced for what was offered.
